Get FIT through Fun, Interactive & Thought-provoking Humor:  The Art of Stress Resilience; Taylor Village/55+ Community Health & Wellness Fair, Ellicott City, MD; 45 mins

June 16, 2014

Mark recently volunteered his time to come to a community health fair for seniors. He spent nearly all day offering advice on stress and other topics about which he is well-versed. The information he provided, and the manner in which he provided it, was well received by all of the health fair participants. Everyone left his table with a smile, and no doubt, feeling more relaxed.

At the end of the day, he provided a break-out session, mixing the serious and the comedic. Audience reaction was not only positive, but interactive and dynamic. Anyone who can get a group of seniors that lively at the end of a long  day is a great presenter!

Our planning committee definitely looks forward to working with Mark in the future on more projects for the senior community. His energy is contagious and refreshing, and very entertaining.

The method is wild at times - but the message is down to earth and an important one - and he drives it home.
