Good Morning Mr. Gorkin,
I absolutely enjoyed your session at the FEW Conference; I wish it would have lasted longer than the 45 mins. The small and large group discussions were very beneficial to me. I look forward to reading your book and practicing safe stress.  Yes, I would like information on the Busy Women's Retreat or other workshops that are in the area. Thank you again for your wisdom and passion.
Best Wishes,
Kimberly Johnson

Food & Drug Administration/Food and Cosmetic Information Center, two half-day team building sessions, "Strengthening Individual and Team Resilience, Coordination and Morale"

July/August 2014

Thank you for coming to work with my team.  You got us to open up and discuss things that had been lying just beneath the surface but needed to be addressed.  While at times it was difficult to talk about, we are better for the experience with you.  I was impressed with how you seemed to immediately identify our characters and over the two sessions, how you helped us work together to form a stronger bond with each other.

Thank you Mark!

Dear Mark,

Thanks truly go to YOU for offering this workshop at UUCC.  It was well-received.  I, for one, came home inspired by new insight into monitoring my stress and coping more effectively with conflict.

I will meet tomorrow with our youth director. I have our idea for a workshop on our agenda.

Thank you again for the time, energy and thought you put into your presentation!

Get FIT through Fun, Interactive & Thought-provoking Humor:  The Art of Stress Resilience; Taylor Village/55+ Community Health & Wellness Fair, Ellicott City, MD; 45 mins

June 16, 2014

Mark recently volunteered his time to come to a community health fair for seniors. He spent nearly all day offering advice on stress and other topics about which he is well-versed. The information he provided, and the manner in which he provided it, was well received by all of the health fair participants. Everyone left his table with a smile, and no doubt, feeling more relaxed.

At the end of the day, he provided a break-out session, mixing the serious and the comedic. Audience reaction was not only positive, but interactive and dynamic. Anyone who can get a group of seniors that lively at the end of a long  day is a great presenter!

Our planning committee definitely looks forward to working with Mark in the future on more projects for the senior community. His energy is contagious and refreshing, and very entertaining.

The method is wild at times - but the message is down to earth and an important one - and he drives it home.

Mark: On behalf of all who attended the fair, thanks for a great day.

Hello Mark.

HR Palm Beach County had the wonderful pleasure of having Mark Gorkin "The Stress Doc" present at one of our monthly dinner meetings. Mark's presentation was both insightful and engaging. He has a way of captivating the audience and makes them want to hear more. We enjoyed his insights on the factors that cause stress and how to overcome them. We hope to hear more from "The Stress Doc". It was definitely time well spent. We especially enjoyed his perspective of Passion and Power. Mark Gorkin is a must hear!

Thiel College; 2 Hour Semester Kickoff for 120 Faculty and Staff, "Building Winning Teams: Blending Individual Creativity and Interactive Community"

Feb 9, 2014

Dear Mark,

I just wanted to write a sincere note of thanks for your recent program at Thiel College, "Building Winning Teams: Blending Individual Creativity and Interactive Community."  The task force responsible for planning this event was delighted by the overwhelming amount of positive feedback we heard from our faculty and staff that participated.  The program was a lot of fun, and our employees benefited greatly from participating.  It was truly the perfect kick-off to a new semester, and we hope to bring you back in the near future.

Our participants especially appreciate how interactive the program was, and it was energizing to start the semester with so much laughter. We could not have imagined the program going any better.

I highly recommend The Stress Doc to any organizations looking for an exceptional motivational speaker, especially if they are hoping for a strong dose of humor!

Best Regards,
