A Busy Women’s Retreat:
Rebuilding Mind-Body Energy & Emotional Muscles
Do you know any woman who is working, taking care of a family and a home, maybe even parents elderly or infirm…on top of living in today’s TNT – Time-Numbers-Techno – Driven & Distracted World? Did anyone say STRESS? And the second most important question: You know self-care is a priority, so why aren't you really doing it?
Have no fear…the Health Coach and the Stress Doc ™ are here to help you “Get FIT” through their FUN-Interactive-Thought-provoking One Day Retreat. Christine and Mark will share powerful tools and techniques for grappling with and working through stress and conflict, loss, and change. However, the real learning and growth comes from being in a safe space and authentically sharing with women, like yourself, on the front lines of the stress-burnout battlefront. This program will help you:
1) rapidly identify stress and burnout, loss and grief, and co-dependency smoke signals. Learn how to move through these situations and recover your voice.
2) provide skills and strategies for both stress resilience, handling your emotions, and understanding the connection between mind and body
3) discover how food, nutrition and energy healing has a major impact on your overall health!
4) learn how to express healthy anger, how to say, “NO,” to disarm power struggles and defuse criticism, while staying true to yourself.
5) discover how to overcome “Don’t Talk, Don’t Trust, Don’t Feel” family environments.
6) Discover the higher power of healing humor!
We will also do some easy, basic yoga adapted for all levels of flexibility, as well as mindfulness exercises.
