"This is good"; "I'm having a great time"; "I'm glad we did this" are just a few of the comments I heard from the participants.  We really had a great time!  We spend so much of our time teaching about stress and how to deal with it that it's nice to remember we need to take care of ourselves as well.  I'm sure you noticed we all seem to have the same frustrations and the group activities sure helped us work them out.  Your approach is light hearted and delightful.  I hope we get the chance to work with you again.
