Mr. Mark Gorkin, LICSW
1616 18th Street, NW
Suite 312
Washington, D.C. 20009-2530

Dear Mark:

Thanks again for your participation at the AMA's recent seminar on professional development skills. Your presentation was full of energy and your exercise enabled our participants to pinpoint some critical areas of stress in both their personal and professional lives. I look forward to having you join us again.

To whom it may concern:

Mark Gorkin was a speaker at a recent seminar held by the Washington D.C. chapter of the American Marketing Association on developing professional skills for marketers. Mark was asked to address the difficult area of "tapping one's creativity" in an increasingly stressful professional environment which he did with great energy, humor and wisdom.

Mark's presentation and interactive exercise provided our participants with the opportunity to look inside themselves and pinpoint in a non-threatening, supportive environment the issues they had been wrestling with that were creating stress in their personal and professional lives. His use of group dynamics enabled the participants to learn from one another as well as from Mark's comments. Each participant left feeling better about themselves and energized to move forward in developing their professional skills.

I would highly recommend Mark as a speaker and group leader. His presentations are both enjoyable and highly useful for his audiences.

Sincerely,

Soraya Deifallah
