1. Gain techniques for purposefully and playfully disarming self-defeating power struggles while building trust

C.  Building High Task and High Touch Teams, Communities and Organizations


1. Use small group "3-D (Discussion, Drawing and Diversity) exercise to:
a) identify in a safe and supportive manner workplace sources of change, conflict and reorganizational stress,
b) recognize and empathize with others' challenging environments; not feel so alone
c) discover how small group playing and creating/drawing allows for exaggerated objectivity and emotional distance from stressors and facilitates communication, passion and bonding as a support/problem-solving team
