 Training Options

 A. Training Materials. I have a packet of information that will help you understand how I organize and deliver my uniquely dynamic, fast-paced, interactive and fun-filled programs. This package sells for $175. It includes live workshop video, key topic outlines, 30 page workshop packet, and "how to" articles. As a free bonus, I will also include an audiocassette of a "stress and humor" public radio interview and audience call-in.  See Training/Coaching link.

 B. Live Programming.  

 Program Fees and Payment Method:

Fees range: 
1/2 - 2 hour presentations: $1,000 - $2,500: for large keynotes up to $4,000
1/2 day, full-day and weekend programs: $1,500 - $3,500

Types of Program Length of Program
** Keynotes, luncheon-dinner and training programs 1/2 - 2 hour presentations
** Workshops and retreats 1/2 day, full-day and weekend programs

Program fee also varies according to number of participants, travel time and public-private/profit-nonprofit client status.

"Stress Brake" radio essays are short (300 words), fast-paced and witty, covering such topics as stress, burnout, anger and conflict resolution, time management, creativity, men's and women's issues, romantic relationships, codependency, etc.
