March 21, 1996

Dear Mark:

Thank you for conducting the recent program entitled "Practicing Safe Stress: Preventing Burnout In Changing Times" held on March 7, 1996 for the employees of the office of the United States Attorney; Tax and Antitrust Divisions of the Department of Justice.

We had an enjoyable afternoon while learning valuable strategies for stress reduction. Some other employees who were in a training class in the adjacent room said they stopped the training to listen in on the activities and laughter heard through the wall.

Evaluations reflected a 99.9% excellent rating for your presentation. Additionally, there were requests for you to return and conduct a more extensive program. This information was shared with the Training Offices of the aforementioned divisions.

We wish you continued success and look forward to working with you again soon.

With Sincere Thanks,

Joyce E. Ordor, RN, BSN
Occupational Health Nurse
